Sealed and unused
A sealed, unused Crazy Gigi in its original condition may be submitted for return approval within 30 days of delivery. Contact support before shipping anything.
Opened but not used
If the package has been opened but the product has not been used or brought into intimate contact, a return may be approved within 30 days only when support verifies a product problem.
Used products
A product that has been used or brought into intimate contact cannot be returned because of hygiene and safety requirements.
What if a used device develops a fault?
A used product is not returnable, but an eligible U.S. purchase may qualify for coverage under the HIMERO 5-Year Limited Warranty if the product has a covered defect.
