Plain outer packaging
Crazy Gigi ships in a plain, unbranded carton or mailer. The exterior does not display the product name, explicit imagery, or adult-product wording.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders are prepared for carrier handoff within 24 hours after payment and address verification. Estimated delivery is 3-8 business days after dispatch.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed after carrier handoff and once a tracking record is available. The first scan may appear after the dispatch confirmation.
Address changes
Contact support@himero.store immediately with your order number. Changes are not guaranteed after warehouse processing begins.
