Yes. The built-in screen and physical controls let you adjust the core experience without an active internet connection.
Is the main device waterproof?
No. Wash the removable sleeve only. Keep the powered body and charging port dry.
How do I clean it?
Power off the device, remove the sleeve, wash the sleeve with warm water and mild soap, then let it dry completely before reassembly.
Can I use it while charging?
No. Disconnect the charging cable before use.
What is the return policy?
A sealed, unused product may be submitted for return approval within 30 days of delivery. An opened product may qualify only when unused and support verifies a product problem. Used intimate products cannot be returned.
