Crazy Gigi combines a washable removable sleeve with a powered control body. The safest care routine begins by treating those two parts differently.
1. Power off and detach
Switch the device off, disconnect the charging cable, and remove the sleeve assembly before cleaning. Do not operate or charge the product while any part is wet.
2. Rinse the removable sleeve
Use lukewarm water and a small amount of mild neutral cleanser. Rinse away all residue. Avoid alcohol, bleach, volatile solvents, abrasive products, and strongly fragranced chemical cleaners.
3. Keep the powered body dry
The powered control body cannot be washed or submerged. Wipe its exterior with a soft damp cloth and keep moisture away from the screen, controls, seams, and charging port.
4. Dry before reassembly
Shake off excess water, pat the exterior with a lint-free towel, and let the sleeve air-dry completely in a ventilated place. Never seal damp parts in a drawer or storage pouch.
5. Store for the next session
