Partner Program Overview

Program and eligibility

Participation is by application and written approval. This recruitment intake is limited to United States-based applicants who are at least 18 and have reached the legal age of majority where they reside. Applicants must publish for an adult audience and provide a verifiable public website, channel, newsletter, podcast, or other approved publishing environment. HIMERO may approve, decline, or route an applicant to a different program path.

• Standard Affiliate is proposed at 15% of validated net product sales. A 30-day attribution window applies only if the accepted written offer provides it and a separate, independently approved consent-aware attribution release has been activated.
• Growth Affiliate is 20% after 10 validated net orders in a rolling 30-day period, effective from the next monthly review period. Two consecutive monthly reviews below the threshold return the following period to Standard 15%.
• Founding Reviewer is invitation-only, limited to five approved partners, and may receive 20% for 60 days and one approved sample. A 60-day attribution window applies only if the accepted written offer provides it and a separate, independently approved consent-aware attribution release has been activated. After day 60, the proposed default is Standard 15%; any 30-day window is subject to the same written-offer and release conditions unless the offer extends the founding period or the partner earns Growth.
• Editorial collaborations use the specific written offer; any fixed production fee requires separate approval and is never payment for a positive opinion.

One order can earn only one HIMERO partner commission or referral incentive. Program paths, customer discounts, samples, fixed fees, and other offers do not stack unless a written offer states otherwise.

HIMERO charges no application or participation fee. A third-party affiliate platform, bank, payment provider, or currency service may impose its own disclosed charges; those charges are not a fee paid to HIMERO.

Commission and attribution

Commission is calculated on the net merchandise amount actually retained by HIMERO after discounts. Taxes, shipping, duties, gift cards, refunds, chargebacks, and non-merchandise amounts are excluded.

• A validated net order must be paid, genuine, non-cancelled, and not refunded, charged back, duplicated, or connected to prohibited conduct.
• Partner self-purchases, test orders, related-account cycling, and fabricated orders are not commissionable.
• If an accepted written offer includes attribution and a separate, independently approved consent-aware release is activated, that future system would use the last registered HIMERO partner link within the written first-party window.
• Only codes issued in writing by HIMERO could be recognized after that future activation. Forced redirects, cookie stuffing, link hijacking, and modification of attribution are prohibited.

Validation and payment

Unless the accepted written offer states otherwise, approved commissions are payable in US dollars 45 calendar days after the end of the calendar month in which the order becomes a Validated Net Order. If the due date is not a banking day, payment moves to the next banking day. An order becomes validated only after payment is captured, the applicable return review has passed, and fraud, cancellation, refund, chargeback, duplication, and prohibited-conduct checks are complete.

• Cancelled, refunded, partially refunded, fraudulent, duplicated, or charged-back orders are excluded or recalculated.
• Previously credited commission may be reversed from a later statement when the underlying order is reversed or found ineligible.
• Partners must provide required tax and payment documentation through the approved business process before payment.
• The default minimum payment is US$50. Approved balances below US$50 carry forward without forfeiture until the minimum is met.
• On normal termination, all eligible validated commission balances remain payable, including a final balance below US$50. HIMERO pays that balance on the normal payment schedule after any remaining refund, chargeback, fraud, and eligibility review is complete.
• HIMERO bears fees charged to HIMERO as the payment originator or Advertiser, including its sending-side bank or platform fees. The partner bears fees charged to the recipient or Publisher account and any currency conversion the partner selects. Intermediary or correspondent-bank fees are borne by the side to which the fee is actually charged. Any deduction from the partner's stated payable amount must be disclosed by the actual payment channel before payout and reflected in the written offer or settlement record.
• Partners are responsible for their own taxes, filings, and professional advice. HIMERO may withhold amounts when legally required.
• A statement dispute should be sent to the official HIMERO email address within 30 calendar days after the statement date with the affected order or line-item evidence. The parties will review records in good faith; undisputed amounts remain governed by the normal schedule. This 30-calendar-day period is an operational reconciliation window and does not waive statutory rights, non-waivable claims, or the correction of fraud or manifest calculation errors.
• If an Awin agreement, Programme Terms, or verified platform capability conflicts with this overview or an accepted written offer, HIMERO will pause the affected onboarding, attribution, or settlement activity and the parties will realign the applicable terms in writing before activation or resumption. Nothing in this overview represents verified Awin approval or capability.
• HIMERO does not settle commission through WhatsApp, gift cards, cryptocurrency, personal accounts, or an unapproved private arrangement.

Content, independence, and disclosure

Partners control their own honest opinions. HIMERO may provide evidence, correct verifiable factual errors, identify prohibited claims, and test links, but does not buy ratings, praise, or predetermined conclusions.

• Do not state or imply personal testing unless the product was actually used.
• Clearly disclose a commission, free product, paid placement, or other material connection before a consumer acts on the recommendation.
• Place disclosure near the first recommendation or affiliate link and in the same language as the endorsement. For video, use both on-screen and spoken disclosure; for podcasts, use spoken disclosure. Also use any applicable platform disclosure tool.
• Do not make medical, therapeutic, guaranteed-result, universal-compatibility, unverified waterproofing, or other unsupported performance claims.
• Do not fabricate testimonials, user results, scarcity, pricing, or product availability.

Prohibited methods

• Promotion to minors or in a publishing environment that cannot reasonably be treated as adult-audience content.
• Spam, purchased lists, automated unsolicited messages, forum flooding, fake communities, or impersonating an ordinary customer.
• Bidding on HIMERO, Crazy GIGI, brand misspellings, or confusing domains and social identities without express written approval.
• Coupon interception, toolbar injection, adware, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, misleading redirects, or overwriting another partner's attribution.
• Unapproved discounts, false countdowns, inaccurate price claims, or presenting an affiliate page as an official HIMERO page.
• Uploading customer data, adult-product purchase signals, product names, SKUs, sensitive paths, or inferred sexual interests to an advertising platform.
• Buying praise, suppressing criticism, undisclosed commercial content, or using a free product as proof that HIMERO approved the opinion.

Samples and editorial work

A sample is offered only after written approval and does not guarantee publication, timing, rating, or positive coverage. The recipient must disclose the free product and may express independent positive or negative views.

For a separately approved editorial collaboration, any fixed production fee is paid only after the agreed content is publicly available, the required disclosure is present, the link functions, and factual QA is complete. The default has no prepaid production fee; a separately approved fee is Net 15 after accepted publication. Commission remains tied to validated net orders.

Privacy and official communication

Applications should contain only business contact information, public-channel evidence, audience context, traffic sources, and the proposed publishing plan. Do not submit intimate content, customer data, tax IDs, payment details, government IDs, or passwords through the application form.

HIMERO uses application data to evaluate and respond, document the review, prevent abuse, and maintain required business records. An unsuccessful or inactive application is retained for up to 12 months after the last interaction, then deleted or de-identified unless a longer legal record is required. See the Privacy Policy.

Official program communication comes from an @himero.store address. Offers, approvals, partner codes, sample approvals, and settlement instructions must remain in the official written record. HIMERO does not approve partnerships or private settlements through unsolicited WhatsApp messages.

Suspension and termination

Either party may end participation under the final written agreement. HIMERO may immediately suspend tracking and unvalidated commission for fraud, undisclosed promotion, promotion to minors, false claims, brand impersonation, privacy violations, attribution manipulation, or other material breach.

On normal termination, all eligible validated commission balances remain payable under the normal payment schedule described in the validation and payment section, including a final balance below the US$50 minimum. Published content may remain online, but outdated prices, codes, availability, and verifiable product facts should be corrected or dated.
